The Journey Of A

Personal~Professional~Spiritual Success  Practitioner

Have we as humanity, society, as nations, communities, families and as individual beings risen above our animal nature? What percentage of us, if evaluated honestly, would be found to have evolved emotionally, mentally and spiritually beyond our parents, our grandparents, or even our great grandparents? What percentage of us do you think have devolved our parental legacy? For many, these are scary questions. They are questions most often avoided, yet such questions are necessary to ask and give credence to if we are to ever reach our potential as human beings.

In this article, I will explain the journey of the P~P~S Success Practitioner as it is depicted in the P~P~S Success Mastery Logo.  If you are reading this article before having committed yourself to the first year of lessons, you will be much more capable of determining your readiness for the mastery experience once you've digested the information here.  I do not recommend rushing into a commitment of this sort, for the nature of the program is such that it will challenge disempowering beliefs, uproot self-destructive habits, and possibly neutralize disempowering relationships that you currently maintain.  In addition, many will find that they are not in the vocation of their Soul path. To manage the kind of transformation this program will stimulate takes one truly willing to pioneer achieving their innate potential.

ENDURE/SURVIVE

The serpent in all of US must master the earth and fire trials of survival

Figure 1. (The P~P~S Success Mastery Program Logo) shows the earth creating the shoreline. Above the earth, you see the snake, which is engulfed in fire. The earth represents the negative pole of creation, while one may consider either the sun, or the universe at large as the positive pole. The Creator being neutral polarity, or the equivalent to the neutron of an atom that holds all potential which ultimately expresses itself in the manifest world through polarity.

As spiritual beings in an animal body, we both carry, and are subject to the influences of our innate biological history. Evidence of our biological history is clearly seen in a number of ways, including:

  • Development of the human embryo, which traces our biological evolution forward from pure potential to the single cell produced at gestation. From the initial cell, in-utero cell division progresses through our reptilian and paleo-mammalian ancestry, concluding with the birth of a human being. The human neonate will again trek through our biological ancestry as it continues developing its musculoskeletal, nervous, limbic (emotional) and hormonal systems.
  • Nervous system development has been shown by neurologist Paul MacLean to progress in three major stages: reptilian, mammalian and neocortical (human).
  • Our response to stress. The more stressed we become, the more we revert in our biological development and corresponding behavior. The more supported we feel (are), the greater the potential for growth and development, or evolution we typically express.

MASTERING THE EARTH AND FIRE TRIALS

The first step in mastering our own evolution is to realize that biologically we are creatures of the earth. As such, we must maintain a respectable relationship with Mother Earth. She is parent, we are child or adolescent. This fact presents itself in some very important ways. First of all, being biological creatures of the earth means that we must sustain our bodies in accordance with our genetic and racial heritage. Failure to do so always causes stress and encourages biological and psychological devolution. Part-and-parcel with living against our earthly biological needs, we see ourselves becoming less and less concerned for the welfare of other human beings and more and more focused on our individual survival needs. Such behavior is concomitant with our innate reptilian ancestry. The reptile (snake) is an ancient creature, like the shark. While its evolution has stopped at the level of the earth, it has become proficient in caring for its own needs. This fact is well demonstrated by the female alligator, who will eat her own young if other sustenance is unavailable.

In addition to living synergistically with the earthly dictates of our biology, we must also live in accordance with Mother Nature’s confines. But are we? Gaia philosophy suggests that the earth is an organism with very tight biological parameters, all of which are necessary to maintain life. It is my personal belief, as well as that of some respected biologists, that that the earth itself is a living being with biological functions that parallel our own. When we engage in gluttonous behavior, excess use of fossil fuels, abuse of the soils through commercial farming, over-industrialization and the resultant pollution of air, water and soil, Mother Earth must seek to maintain homeostasis within her own parameters. Thus we see that she produces earthquakes, monsoons, tornados, hurricanes, lightning storms, tidal waves, and eventually even ice ages to combat against premature inductions such as over-accumulation of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere (the green house effect) and loss of shock absorbing fossil fuels under her mantle. These so-called acts of God, like fire, are transformative for both man and Mother earth. She learns to control her creations and we learn to control ours!

In your journey as a P~P~S Success Practitioner, learning to understand your biological, psychological and spiritual anatomy affords the ability to take responsibility for your choices. Personal tragedy, acts of God (all that is experienced as painful) acts just as fire to transform what is old and/or not working effectively into something new and more evolved. After a forest fire, the soils are re-mineralized and re-growth is most always more lush (Figure 2.).

Overcoming Conditioned Beliefs:

From inception, we are exposed to the attitudes and beliefs of our mother, our father, and our culture (see Figure 3.). The great majority of us suffer the negative effects of numerous antiquated and ineffective beliefs. As you can see in figure 3., disempowering, outdated or false beliefs are constantly influencing our:

  • consciousness
  • our perception of who we are within ourselves
  • sense of who we are relative to the outside world, and
  • our sense of the outside world within and how we see the outside world relative to us as individuals.

If our body (our biology) is viewed as our hardware, our beliefs can be viewed as our software. When we look at humanity’s willingness to destroy each other and the planet with little if any consciousness of what we are doing, it becomes clear that we need software upgrades! Unfortunately, overcoming such preconditioning is not easy and typically requires effective role models, courage and motivation. It is the norm for human beings to wait until they are in pain to seek alternatives. This fact demonstrates itself over and over again in the form of:

  • Ill health and disease from miss-management of self
  • Family feuds
  • Abuse of technology, such as over-pollution by factories and corporate gluttony.
  • Civil and world wars
  • Earthly disasters (Ignorantly labeled as Acts Of God) such as Hurricane Katrina

In the P~P~S Success Mastery Program I will expose Practitioners to masters from around the world that have demonstrated living leadership in their respective areas, as well as sharing my own evolution through fire trials of transformation. Adhering to the mastermind principle, P~P~S Success Practitioners will work together as a community of like minds, aiding each other through the fire trials of transformation. Through such community support, our own evolution becomes that of leadership by example, aiding our individual families, friends, townships, countries, humanity and Mother Earth through their transformations. Yet, because we are taking a responsible role, we are very likely to diminish the need for unwanted transformative forces from either Mother Earth or our individuated Souls, both of which act from unconditional love.

GETTING LIQUID

The ocean or water element seen in the P~P~S Success Mastery Program logo (Figure 1.) generally represents our ability to transform, to create something better while we are here, or to drown! As with all the base elements (earth, water, fire, air), there is both creative and destructive potential. For example, earth and fire combine to make volcanoes and earthquakes, producing more earth for expression of Mother Nature’s ideas. Wind and Water combine to make hurricanes, yet water is essential to earthly life. When the PPS Success Practitioner masters the reptile (snake) and learns to serve and support his/her biological needs naturally and respectfully, a natural liquid grace emerges, allowing consciousness to rise above merely surviving/enduring. By meeting our survival needs (eating clean high quality food, drinking good water, sleeping, etc.) we clean and purify our internal environment. Because consciousness is heavily influenced by our internal environment, we begin to perceive our external environment more favorably (and rationally), thus our perception changes accordingly (Figure 3.).

At this point, the PPS Success Practitioner will have become aware of and capable of changing their perception of:

  • Purely instinctual survival needs; no longer living reactively, but responsively.
  • Tribal influences; we become better able to distinguish empowering from disempowering traditional practices.
  • The need to out-fox others for our own benefit. We learn that we don’t need to force respect from others. We can attract it to us through right action.
  • The need for religious and military might as a means of giving us structure to live by. Relativities such as heaven, hell, or “my way or else” become tools of the fearful, competitive modes of being  that are an important stepping stone in our evolution, but not a place to hang our hats (our heads, or our bodies)!

ADAPT/MASTER

In our transformation, we become like an Eagle, master of our animal instincts, master of the water and air. we are becoming truly human

It is a natural transformation to go from the type of person that contributes to and adheres to the structured approach and follows set guidelines diligently (typical of large organizations like the military, corporations or religion) to one that learns how to work the system. This transformation is exemplified in the eagle (Figure 1.) who masters the survival instincts of the snake and rises above the earth and water to master the air element, all the while expressing his mastery of fire trials past. Typically a loner at this stage, the Eagle-like individual knows his/her worth and comes up with better and better ways to satisfy his needs, wants and desires. You see them as the top salesmen, the special forces soldier, the rogue employee that has a Michael-Jordan-like ability to produce, and to bend and stretch the rules they once honored as code. The Eagle types often find themselves growing to the point in any work environment where they either propose something like this ultimatum to the management, “if you give me a percentage of the company, I’ll stay, If not, I’ll have to leave and start my own business and compete with you.”

A few years later, having used their eagle skills to survive the grinding and polishing that is almost  unavoidable as a business owner, partner or upper-level manager, they come to realize that there is more to life than stocks, bonds, flashy cars and a vacation home on the beach or in the mountains. Now, the innate quest to integrate with Mother Nature and support her and to find the deeper meanings of life rises strongly to the surface. There is a loss of fear and an urge to be more than what one has accumulated. The often brash, sometimes sly tendency of the eagle hunter softens and now, in place of the drive to be first, there is satisfaction in being last, making sure the less evolved, less skilled, less confident learn the ropes of life. There is a rising sense of the value of equality and the need for integration and positive change. It is time for the eagle to evolve and transform under the guidance and example of the Dolphin.

TRANSCEND

With the truthfulness, love and compassion of the Dolphins, we transcend, guiding humanity to world unity, success for All!

The dolphin represents the best of the animal kingdom - the knowledge and wisdom of the human as well as cosmic consciousness expressed in love and the playfulness of the child. The dolphin is, in essence, man transcended - peaceful, playful, intelligent, compassionate, helpful, loving, forgiving, non-violent and beautiful.

Do you know a dolphin? They are around, but like those dolphins in the ocean, they know how to stay away from unproductive trouble (negative energy, negative people) unless they are there to orchestrate transformations. This is why many don’t get a chance to appreciate them even though they are there in the background, performing their important transformative work quietly among the masses. While many dolphins go unknown, we do all know some of them. Gandhi, Mother Theresa, Rudolph Steiner, Jesus, Buddha, Paramahansa Yogananda, Bob Proctor, Albert Schweitzer, Martin Luther King, and Napoleon Hill were all dolphins.

Often, the dolphin types are on the board of directors for responsible corporations, schools, hospitals, aid groups, environmental groups, or emerge quietly out of the eye of a storm to assist humanity when needed. One cannot fake being a dolphin. Transcendence is a quality of levity and can only be achieved by those that have mastered the gravity of the earth plane by exhausting their need for immediate personal gratification, exploitation of ego and winning the race.

The Personal~Professional~Spiritual Success Mastery program is not the Flipper School of dolphin training, for only life experience, observation, honesty and awareness can afford such training. The PPS Success Mastery Program promises to guide each practitioner through the process of finding themselves - to help each PPS Success Practitioner to know who they really are and what they really need. The education, practical exercises and experiences will guide Practitioners week by week, month by month, year by year. The PPS Success Mastery program aids in this discovery not by force, ridicule or destructive criticism, but by personal and inter-personal exploration. We will share our dreams, share our goals and experience our individual and collective growth, always cherishing where we’ve been, where we are and where we are going as valuable and true to the highest good. Maybe in this lifetime, maybe in the next lifetime, or in a few, we will all become dolphins, but once we do we will find among them many PPS Success Practitioners!
